I have a keen interest in understanding what my clients are looking for when buying a home because a home is more than the number of bedrooms and bathrooms a family needs; it’s a place where people will live and grow for a long time so it needs to meet a broad range of requirements. Finding a house that fits your lifestyle and dreams is what makes finding a ‘home’ seem magical.
Buyers, especially first-time buyers, can feel overwhelmed with the process of purchasing a home. My role is to help clients by making arrangements with other professionals in the process and our office has pre-screened mortgage brokers, law offices, and home inspection services that we can recommend.
As a real estate professional, it’s my job to know the local real estate market demand, prices, and inventory. Sometimes the market is very hot and sometimes there are good opportunities to buy a first or second property. Market conditions can influence financing qualifications, mortgage insurance, and of course, value for money.
Many buyers have high expectations of responsiveness from a real estate agent and I agree with them. I answer emails and respond to telephone calls promptly, and almost always the same day, so my clients don’t need to worry about following-up or trying to contact me repeatedly.
I have a dedication to professionalism and a commitment to continued education. I’m proud to be a salesperson and want clients to recognize my investment of time and resources to producing results and exceeding expectations. To me, the best possible outcome to a transaction is a fair deal for everyone, a win-win sale that leaves everyone feeling good about their part.
I enjoy helping people buy homes and for that reason I’m predominately a “buyer’s agent”. Clients appreciate the fact that I have been selling real estate in the Oceanside area since 2005 and am in the top-10 agents in my office every year. I am able to get the best price while being creative and quick to solve problems. These skills allow me to deliver beyond expectations.
Buyers are invited to join my property notification system called Private Client Services. This is an essential technology because it allows buyers to see homes that have been listed the same day. When buyers visit our office, they are able to use our “shared surfing” featuring computers with two screens, one for the client and one for the agent.
My services are free to you, the client. When a property is listed, the seller agrees to pay a commission to the buyer’s agent in addition to the seller’s agent. That means you’re able to look for a home and enjoy all the benefits of working with a REALTOR®, like access to the MLS® and Errors and Omissions insurance.
